Wedding party in St. Moritz
An exuberant and couple very much in love who decide to share the most significant moment of their time together by celebrating with friends. Not just any party, but an exclusive three-day Wedding Party on the snow in St Moritz.
For those who organise events, planning a wedding party is always a stimulating and difficult test, because it requires knowing how to interpret the most intimate wishes of the spouses and giving them a day that stays with them as an indelible memory of one of the most important days of their lives. When the party takes place over three days, on the snow, in two different locations, the bar of the challenge rises even further. In particular, in an event that takes place in multiple locations, distant from each other, it is essential for transfers not to be seen as a boring waste of time, but rather as an added value. So, what idea did we come up with? We would use specially booked cable cars to climb the mountain slopes. An experience everyone would remember for a long time, immersed in the darkness of the night, with a dozen snowcats working on the snow and illuminating the red carpets laid out towards the entrance of the chalet prepared for dinner. Inside, the party engaged and thrilled everyone, thanks to the precious setting, planned down to the last detail, Raffella Carrà’s songs, dancing and laughter, up to the super wedding cake for the beautiful newlyweds!
While the dinner was the highlight of the Wedding Party, the organisational challenge also had to take into account the first day spent in a splendid Engadin boutique hotel, booked exclusively for the newlyweds and their friends and which hosted the initial convivial moment to “get things going” in an informal and very intimate context.
The Wedding Party ended in style, the day after the dinner, with a plentiful brunch that allowed the friends and the guests of honour to say their farewells and then return home.
BRIEF: A party that would live long in the memory! The request itself was straightforward: to celebrate a love story with friends, in an unforgettable location that was a little different from the usual.
CHALLENGE: Organising an event on the snow, in the evening, in winter and spread over three days is a great challenge. Many details had to be arranged so that the celebrations might take place happily and smoothly: ranging from the choice of the hotel to the transfer of guests using reserved cable cars, right up to the personalised gift given to the guests as a souvenir.

About us
My need was to organize a remote wedding (Lugano / St. Moritz), in a chalet at 2700 m. in the snow, reachable only in the cable car ...
