CASE HISTORY

Talk Show

At first glance, illustrating a real estate project to an audience of sector professionals may not represent the ideal setting to organise something particularly original. In fact, the primary need was to provide an environment and a situation suitable for communicating the technical characteristics underlying the work and the necessary practical information. The risk, however, was that of making the presentation the same as many others, without providing an element that would encourage audience participation and, above all, help it remember the experience as a pleasurable one.
Hence the idea of treating the presentation of the Sun Lake City real estate project as a sort of talk show, with ample space dedicated to the more professional aspect of the initiative, of course, but also with a more intimate and less formal window for sharing that would foster further exchanges of ideas.
Once the idea was found, things moved on to the practical organisation phase, which involved preparing the location, looking for hostesses and stewards, organising the catering and the video and photographic services.
Lots of aspects that required careful coordination during the event itself, which was divided into an initial part in which the experts, all of whom possessed authoritative knowledge of the Ticino area, presented the details of the initiative from the design, architectural, financial, structural and commercial points of view, managing to inform and actively involve those in attendance. The end of the discussion was followed by a relational standing lunch, the ideal was to end an initiative which, in the space of a few hours, allowed all the participants to enrich their knowledge of the subject, have lunch with eminent sector operators and then return to work.

BRIEF: To conceive an event that would inform and lead to a discussion regarding a prestigious real estate initiative, involving experts from the sector who are well rooted in the Ticino area and providing lunch at the end of the exchange, so that all the topics seen earlier might be discussed in a more personal and informal manner.

CHALLENGE: To combine the need to inform and explain an important project in detail with that of actively involving the audience. The challenge of organising such an event was undoubtedly stimulating and, therefore, seeing everything go exactly as planned and achieving the set objectives was a source of great satisfaction.

TESTIMONIALS

About us

Sabina Gatto

If you think about the success of an event it is essential to rely on a person who leaves nothing to chance: Simonetta Rota - more than events has guaranteed all this. Not only the management of the invitations, the various reminders, the graphics, the video and photo service, the post-event follow-up, but also a series of details that I had not even thought of.
Choosing Simonetta Rota's services has allowed me to give greater visibility of the event, to communicate the innovation and importance of the project to the Banks, to offer my entire network a new format by sharing it effectively with important local entrepreneurs.
The event was a success and it was an honor for me to receive many compliments "live", especially from an audience that is not always easy to motivate and involve.
